This is the Mt. Scott United Methodist Church located on Maryland Avenue in Harper City, Maryland County. This city is about 466 miles from Monrovia and happens to be the home of the 18th President of the Republic of Liberia, William V. S. Tubman. Cape Palmas and Garray Districts will pay host to the 175th Session of the Liberia Annual Conference in February 2008. There is still more to do inorder to get it ready come February. As such, we will appreciate every gift toward this project.
